This design honors the sacred role of Two-Spirit people as bridge walkers—those who carry more than one current of being within a single vessel, and who walk with balance between worlds.
Across many Indigenous cultures, Two-Spirit is not simply an identity, but a role of responsibility, perception, and care. Two-Spirit people have long been recognized as holders of insight, mediators between polarities, and protectors of harmony—walking paths that require courage, discernment, and deep inner alignment.
The front image, Two Spirits · One Vessel, reflects the truth that duality does not mean division. The being is whole. The currents are integrated. The vessel is honored.
The back image, Bridge Walker, represents the living path itself—the vertical line between Earth and Stars, body and spirit, seen and unseen. The column of light symbolizes the spine as a bridge, carrying wisdom both upward and downward, while glowing orbs mark moments of awareness, responsibility, and protection along the journey.
This piece is offered in respect and humility. It does not claim ownership of Indigenous teachings, nor does it speak for all Two-Spirit people. It is created to honor, witness, and uplift the sacred role of those who walk between, hold many truths, and keep balance alive in the world.
