Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting KindredTree-Creations. Each item is made-to-order with care through our print partner Printify, ensuring quality craftsmanship and sustainable production.


📦 Order Processing

  • Production time: All products are made-to-order. Most items take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • Because Printify fulfills from multiple printing partners, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.


🌍 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or local postal service efficiency.


💫 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

  • Occasionally, Printify may split orders among fulfillment centers to shorten delivery time — this can result in separate shipping charges shown at checkout.


🪶 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for certain items)

  • Countries restricted by international shipping policies or embargoes

If your region is not supported by Printify’s network, we’ll contact you immediately with alternative options or a refund.


🌸 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at [your email address]. We’ll work with Printify to resolve or replace it.

  • Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, please email photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund where applicable.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


🌞 Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in product or shipping costs.

Because each item is made to order, we minimize waste and environmental impact. We appreciate your patience and understanding — your purchase supports conscious, small-batch creation.
