Thank you for supporting KindredTree-Creations. Each item is made-to-order with care through our print partner Printify, ensuring quality craftsmanship and sustainable production.
📦 Order Processing

Production time: All products are made-to-order. Most items take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Because Printify fulfills from multiple printing partners, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
🌍 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production:

United States: 3–8 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 7–14 business days

Australia & International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or local postal service efficiency.
💫 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

Occasionally, Printify may split orders among fulfillment centers to shorten delivery time — this can result in separate shipping charges shown at checkout.
🪶 Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to:

PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for certain items)

Countries restricted by international shipping policies or embargoes
If your region is not supported by Printify’s network, we’ll contact you immediately with alternative options or a refund.
🌸 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at [your email address]. We’ll work with Printify to resolve or replace it.

Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, please email photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund where applicable.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
🌞 Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in product or shipping costs.
