🌿 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting KindredTree-Creations — each item is crafted with heart and intention. Because our products are often made-to-order or printed on demand, we have a few simple guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity for all.

💫 Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Process: To start a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🌸 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted unless the issue was our error.

🌿 Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our creations, the following cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads, e-books, or PDF files

• Oracle decks, books, or prints once opened

• Custom or personalized orders

• Sale or clearance items

🌞 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to replace it at no cost. Send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll ship a replacement as soon as possible.

🌕 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. After that, cancellations may not be possible due to print-on-demand processing.
